Cowlitz Community Behavioral Health Center is a nonprofit behavioral health organization dedicated to improving access to mental health and substance use treatment services throughout Southwest Washington. Founded on the belief that mental health is the foundation of individual, family, and community well-being, we work to provide compassionate, evidence-based care while reducing barriers that prevent people from accessing treatment. My name is Melanie Sterling. I am a psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner. I have 24 years experience providing mental health services. I specialize in the treatment of Anxiety disorders such as Generalized Anxiety disorder, Panic disorder, OCD and PTSD to mention a few. I also specialized in treating Major Depression, Bipolar disorder and Alzheimer's disease.
